When you click on the Advanced button in the RS Database manager, what you see will depend on whether you selected a RS or DRS database file in the Current Databases list.
If you selected a RS database, the Use: selection will dictate what is shown in the dialog box. If Investigator Defaults is selected, the dialog box will show what the current defaults are: either the selected groups of directories.
If the Data Files option is selected, the current data file directories will be shown. You can click on the Use Directory button to toggle each directory to decide whether to use it or not use it in your RS calculations.
If the Groups option is selected, the current groups will be shown. You can click on the Use Groups button to toggle each group to decide whether to use it or not use it in your RS calculations.
For both the Data Files and Groups option, you can change the current RS Directory, you can have Investigator check for U.S. Holidays (so they won’t be included), and you can have Investigator ignore files that have closes below a certain value.
If you selected a DRS database, you can change the current RS Directory.
